SAP help suggested BADI does not exist

Hi Experts,

I am not able to find the below BADI which is mentioned in the below SAP Help link.

BADI name:  HCM_B_PAYSTUBS

I tried using SE18/SE19  but not found.

Open the below link and search by using 'HCM_B_PAYSTUBS' , you can get a bullet point where it is mentioned.

Can anyone help please?  am i doing anything wrong?
