-Where and what is your customer change made?
-What does it mean by 'put text in description field in Interaction record'? -- do you mean when going to the 'interaction record' screen, 'description' field is filled some text by your customer code?
-When END button is clicked, normally it navigates to 'account identify' screen. But in your case, do you mean it is navigated to 'interaction record' screen?
- When you start from calllist, is your customer change executed also?
- Maybe some screenshots will help other people understand your logics more clearly.
