You could make use of semantic group in your DTP settings. Semantic group will group the data based on the selections and it will group them in on package.
But you should know the field based on which the calculations happen.
Or load in multiple chunks. For example, if you have data from 2010 to 2015, load the data for each year one by one. I don't think the last record of 2010 will be used for 2011. You could have similar fields like this in your design as well.
