Which SAP BW release and SP level are you running?
If you are running release 7.3 or higher, please run program RSTRAN_ROUT_RSFO_CHECK using t/code SE38 or SA38 as suggested by Michael. This program will check any inconsistencies between Transformations and Routines or Formulas and can make any corrections which could be necessary.

- Transport Transformations failed in CL_RSO_TLOGO_PERSISTENCY with "UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION" dump.
After the repair of any inconsistencies, please try again to collect the Transformation using the Transport Connection with following settings:
- Grouping: Only Necessary Objects;
- Collection Mode: Collect Automatically;
- Display: List.
Now you can decide per object type what you want to include in the transport. The minimum is of course Transformation, Routine and Formula.
