Extension with svg:image doesn't work in lumira

Hello everybody

I create an extension in the VizParker module of SAP LUMIRA; and i use a svg:image component

When I test in the Viz Parker, it works well

But  when I import to Lumira, the arrow doesn't display

Please how to make it work in Lumira? Is there a place where I have to save picture PNG in the render code?
