Dear all
still i did not receive an answer to my thread : Use of One Time Material / Template processing (SAP EHS DG)
Still hoping that somebody can help regarding the thread.
But now we have implemented a kind of prototype; and based on the results I have additional questions hoping that somebody in the EHS community might have an answer.
Based on the prototyping results this is the process (starting in sajes order)
1.) generate a sales order with the required minimum data and save it
2.) ONLY if user is switching to the new tab strip (which is used to maintain additional DG data) and save again sales order the correspondiong DG data is saved in the correspoding SAP tables
Any change on sales order level (whcih might be DG relevant; e.g. adding new material, changing rout,e changing plant etc.) seems to require that the user must switch to the Tabstrip and then save sales order once again to populate the DG data
From my perspective; this is not a very user friendly approach. I would assume that if Sales order is saved that the DG data is then saved to the corresponding SAP tables (DGMSD, DGMS2) without switching to the relevnat tabstrip..
I would like to know now.
1.) what is the experience of the community? Do you use the same process? Are the suer satisfied with the process?
2.) or did yuu may be checked for exit/badi or whatsover kind of SAP standard technique to make sure that any changes onsales order are refelected in corresponding SAP tabels after saving sales order without switching to the relevant "tabstrip" (with two subscreens)
