Hello Experts,
We are using BPC 10.0 M Sp17 with SQL Server 2008 Sp3.
We are seeing an issue with the "BPC SendGovernor Service" where it is showing the status as "Starting" from long time but is not getting started. I have tried restarting Application server but that did not helped.
Please Advice.
