Sorry we have got a misunderstanding. Regarding SAP CRM, I just meant we have a strong integration between SAP CRM and ECC. SAP has started rebuilding the same between C4C and ECC but I'm not sure the 2 scenarios I mentioned are possible (yet) like they are (from CRM to ECC).
